Online Orders
We are continuing to fulfill all online orders without interruption. Please note that certain shipment carriers, like USPS, are experiencing extended delays with some deliveries and this may impact some orders.

Restock / Sold-Out
We are working as quickly as possible to restock items that have sold out and appreciate your understanding.

Events, Demos & Shows
At this time, we have temporarily paused all in-person events and will not be attending any shows for the remainder of the year. Please contact the event, venue or organizer for more information about rescheduling, refunds and cancellation policies.

Using a discount code or gift card

To redeem a discount code or gift card, enter the code exactly as it appears during checkout.

You may apply multiple gift cards within a single order, however, only one discount code may be applied per order. If you receive an error or were unable to apply a discount, it may have expired, is not valid on your purchase, or your order may not meet the redemption requirements. How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days based on availability. We'll notify you by email/text once your order has shipped to track your delivery.

Typically USPS and UPS deliver shipments within 2-7 days.

My order was cancelled

If you received a notification that your order was cancelled, this may have been at your request or there may be an item or items in your order that have sold-out and are no longer available.

You will receive a full refund to the original form of payment, including shipping charges (if there are no other items to ship, otherwise shipping charges may still apply).

myEMCHI Account

Do I need to create a myEMCHI account?
Setting up a myEMCHI account makes it easier for you to save your favorites, track your deliveries and find personalized results for you - it’s completely optional though, so you can always place an order as a guest.
