From the time you place your order please allow 1-3 business days processing time to prepare and fulfill your order, before it has shipped. Once all or a portion of your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
At times, some orders may require additional processing time. If your order requires more than 5 business days processing time, we will notify you via the email address on file. Out-of-stock or low-stock items may be shipped separately or delayed.
All orders will be shipped as quickly as possible, via the method you select at checkout. Rates may vary based on your order size/subtotal, destination and/or carrier availability.
Orders placed on our website (emchiproducts.com) with a U.S. destination, will qualify for free standard shipping with a subtotal over $75.00, before taxes and fees. This option may not always be available and may not be available for orders not placed directly through our website or for international customers.
Once your order has been fulfilled, it will be shipped via the method selected at checkout at the selected transit time. Estimated shipping times are only an estimate and may be impacted by carrier restrictions, weather, destination and/or factors that are beyond our control. EMCHI cannot guarantee orders will arrive before a specific date/time and is not responsible for late deliveries.

International Delivery & Customs:
EMCHI currently can only offer ground transportation delivery to international destinations: Canada and Mexico. Shipping fees paid at checkout reflect only the shipping costs and do not any any import taxes, duties, or penalties that may be imposed by your country, providence, state or jurisdiction. All items are Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) and any Customs obligations will be the responsibility of the consumer.
